Terms and Conditions

Any person who access and / or use the Website in any manner shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions for use and be bound by the policies formulated by Quickdealz.com

These Terms and Conditions for use, the policies as list below, and such other policies or terms as may be prescribed by Quickdealz, together constitute a legally binding agreement between the Customer and Quickdealz, in connection with the access to or use of the Website. Customers are requested to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using the Website.

WARRANTY POLICY

The Claims Procedure forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Quickdealz and defines the procedure for making a claim. The Customer is obliged to familiarize himself with the Claims Procedure and General Terms and Conditions prior to order a product. The Customer has the right to claim a warranty from the relevant manufacturer only for the products that shows defects caused by the manufacturer.

Warranty Period

The warranty for the product sold is the statutory period during which Quickdealz is responsible for defects that occur on the sold product. The warranty period starts from the moment the product is dispatched and received by the Customer.

The warranty period will be 12 months from the date of purchase for most of the products, however certain manufacturers offers extended warranty to the Customers which shall be advised upon finalizing the order by the Customer.

Proof of Warranty

The proof of warranty for all the online purchase will be stated within the Invoice provided to the Customer upon shipment of orders. Customers should keep the original Invoice throughout the warranty period and it requires to be produced if a claim has been submitted.

Defect Detection

Quickdealz recommend the Customers to check the condition of the shipment for any possible damages to the package or other irregularities and accordingly to notify the courier if any such damages noticed. The Customer should refuse to accept the shipment if it is manifestly inconsistent with the delivery order or if the shipment is incomplete or damaged. If the Customer accepts such a shipment, it is necessary to describe the detected noncompliance with the Purchase Invoice in the handover protocol. If the shipment is damaged or incomplete, the Customer must immediately file a claim with Quickdealz.

In order to obtain an automatic exchange of products, we recommend the Customers to report a damaged shipment within 24 hours at the latest. The additional claim for damage to the shipment or incomplete shipment does not deprive the buyer of the right to claim liability for defects, but such additional claim does not imply an automatic exchange of products.

Conditions and Method of Claim

If the products delivered are defective, then the Customer has the right to file a claim with Quickdealz, by sending us an email to info@quickdealz.com or contact us on +971 58 509 0977 with a detailed description of the damage of the product. A copy of the invoice or proof of purchase should be attached with every claim.

During the warranty period, the Customer is entitled for a free replacement or repair of the damaged product. The condition for initiating the claim procedure is to file a claim and to hand over or deliver the claimed goods, including accessories to Quickdealz together with the copy of proof of purchase / warranty certificate (if any). Upon receiving the claim, Quickdealz shall issue to the Customer an electronic confirmation of when the claim was filed, what is its content and other particulars. The Customers can alternatively contact the manufacturer’s Customer service in case of a manufacturing defect or other malfunctioning of the product and raise the claim directly with them to expedite the process of their claim.

Delivery of Product for Claim Procedure

The Customers can either directly deliver the products to Quickdealz or dispatch it via any courier service with the original packing, accessories, catalogues, etc. Prior to deliver the item, the Customer should ensure that they have raised a claim request and got it approved through the above mentioned channel. Any expenses incurred for the dispatch of products during a claim process will be at the expense of Quickdealz. However, Quickdealz reserves the right to refuse to the Customer the reimbursement of disproportionately or unreasonably incurred costs of delivery of the claimed goods.

Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover defects and damage to the product due to any of the following:

- Mechanical damage to the goods by the Customer

- Misuse of the product by the buyer (bending, cutting, shortening, drilling), if a defect arises as a result of such treatment

- Use of goods in inappropriate conditions (against manufacturer’s instruction of use)

- Improper or inappropriate handling of the product or any part thereof

- Excessive load or use contrary to the general principles or conditions in the user documentation

- By changing the original parts of the product

- Neglect of care of goods

- Improper installation or tampering with the equipment

- Natural disaster, natural forces or force majeure

- Use of incorrect supply voltage

- Use of incorrect, unauthorized or illegal software

- Use of incorrect or unoriginal consumables if a defect arises as a result of such consumables

- The natural wear of the product or any part thereof

- The effect of overload in the grid (e.g. lightning), with the exception of normal deviations

- Damage to the product by a computer virus

If the claimed product proves to be defective or damaged as a result of any of the cases not covered by the warranty, the claim will be rejected. These limitations do not apply if the properties of the goods that are contrary to the above conditions have been expressly agreed, exchanged or declared by the Customer and Quickdealz. The Customer is also at risk of rejecting the claim by tampering the seal or serial number only if the serial number would be broken in normal use. The buyer further exposes himself to the risk of rejection of the claim if the products or their part is significantly contaminated or does not meet basic hygienic conditions.

Quickdealz offers in its assortment also the sale of already unpacked goods with varying degrees of damage or signs of use. These are unpacked products with damaged packaging, returned used products or damaged products. These products cannot be exchanged for a new piece as part of the claim and it cannot be claimed for a defect for which the goods were sold at a reduced price.

Time Limit for Handling Claims

Based on the decision of the Customer which of these rights he wishes to exercise, Quickdealz will determine the method of settling the claim depending on the nature of the defect immediately, in complex cases within 3 working days at the latest, and in justified cases where technical product testing is needed, within 30 days. Once the method of handling the claim has been determined, the claim will be settled immediately, and in justified cases, the claim may be settled later, eg. if the claimed product is sent for repair or diagnostics to an external authorized service. However, the claim must not be settled for more than 30 days from the date of the claim. The deadline for handling the claim begins on the day following the submission of claim and returning the product.

FEES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

In order to ensure a convenient online shopping experience, Quickdealz offers multiple payment options to their Customers. Quickdealz reserves the right to add or delete payment options from the ones listed below:

Time Limit for Handling Claims

- Payment through select credit cards

- Payment through select debit cards

- Payments through cash on delivery

- Payment through payment link

- Any other mode of payment as may be provided by Quickdealz from time to time.

The payment options referred above shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as “Payment Options”.

While using the Payment Options, Customers agree to provide complete and accurate financial information such as credit/debit card details or prepaid payment instrument account details which may be stored by Quickdealz third party payment gateway provider. Customers shall not use a credit/debit card or prepaid instrument which is not lawfully owned by him/her or which the Customer has not been lawfully authorised to use. The Customer shall solely be responsible for the security and confidentiality of his/her financial information. Quickdealz disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorised use of the Customer’s financial information and/or identity, including, details relating the Payment Options.

Quickdealz shall not be held responsible and shall not assume any liability in respect of any loss or damage suffered by a Customer owing to:

- Lack of authorisation for any transaction

- Exceeding the credit/debit card limit mutually agreed between the Customer and the issuing bank

- Any payment issue arising out of technical glitches occurring during a transaction

- Declination of transaction for reasons beyond Quickdealz control.

All the Products listed on the Website are inclusive of VAT or any other applicable taxes. Despite Quickdealz best efforts, there may be instances of mispricing of Products on the Website during or after the process of purchase of Products has been carried out by the Customer. While thorough processes of verification are carried out prior to the publication of Product prices on the Website, errors and discrepancies arising out of technical glitches and time lags is unavoidable.

If the Customer carries out a purchase on the Website and the payment in lieu thereof has been invalidated, Quickdealz reserves the right to retrieve the invalidated payment from the Customer.

The Cash on Delivery Payment Option allows Customers to make a cash-only payment to Quickdealz delivery service or logistic partner at the time of delivery of the purchased Product to the Customer.

Quickdealz reserves the right not to provide Cash on Delivery Payment Option for certain Products or locations. Customers are required to peruse and accept the terms set out under the Return and Refund Policy which sets out the terms of refunds for transactions carried out using the Cash on Delivery Payment Option.

WEBSITE CONTENTS AND OFFERS

The product catalogue in the Online Shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. It is only a non-binding online catalogue of the range of products available. Quickdealz does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on the Website. By clicking the “Buy Now“, the Customer makes a legally binding commitment to purchase the goods in the shopping cart. An order confirmation will be sent immediately after the order has been submitted. Quickdealz will indicate its acceptance of an order by acknowledging the order via email.

All information, content and material contained on the Website are and continue to be Quickdealz or relevant third party intellectual property. Further, all trademarks, services marks, trade names and trade secrets in relation to the Website whether or not displayed on the Website, are proprietary to Quickdealz or relevant third party. No information, content or material from the Website may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without our express written permission. Any unauthorized use terminates the permissions granted in these Terms.

Any content, information, text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software code, interface, arrangement of the content on the Website are the property of Quickdealz or relevant third party and are protected under copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. The Customer shall not modify the content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, reverse engineer or otherwise use the content in any way for any public or commercial purpose or for personal gain.

Quickdealz authorises the Customer to view and access contents solely for identifying Products, carrying out the purchases of Products and processing returns and refunds, in accordance with Return and Refund Policy.

The prices, specifications, product images, other contents are checked and verified to the best of our ability. Nevertheless, Quickdealz put every effort to accomplish the contents as accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

GENERAL PARTICULARS

United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates.

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

Quickdealz will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Customers using the Website who are Minor or under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the Website and shall not transact on or use the Website. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Quickdealz policies and rules. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

USER AGREEMENT

Without prejudice to the generality of the section above, the total liability of Quickdealz to the Customers for all liabilities arising out of this User Agreement be it in tort or contract is limited to the value of the product ordered by you. Quickdealz, its associates and technology partners make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, correctness and/or timeliness of any content, information, software, text, graphics, links or communications provided on or through the use of the Website or that the operation of the Website will be error free and / or uninterrupted. Consequently, Quickdealz assumes no liability whatsoever for any monetary or other damage suffered by you on account of the delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the Website and / or any interruption or errors in the operation of the Website.

The Customer agrees to the following:

1. Not to use the Website in any way that is unlawful or contrary to the above Terms & Conditions

2. Will not take any action that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Website or interfere with the proper working or content of the Website or with anyone else’s use of the Website

3. Will not directly or indirectly, change, recompile, reframe, rent, sell, license, distribute, or publish any of the Website, any database thereon, and/or any content thereon, or any portion thereof

4. Will not use any data mining, robot, spider or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Website for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Website

5. Will not introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful
