Shipping Policy

We deliver Products across UAE and to all other countries, except OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Electronic products can only be shipped within UAE and other Gulf Countries.

Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Delivery within UAE cities shall be completed in 1 – 2 working days and from 4 to 10 working days to Other Countries. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED 15 and Delivery Fees outside UAE shall be calculated based on the additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, etc. and this may vary depending on the country and location. In order to avoid any delivery delay, please ensure to provide your full address along with contact details.

All the products shipped by Quickdealz will be 100% genuine and in brand new condition with manufacturer’s warranty as applicable. The customers will get notified once the item has been shipped and will be updated on the process accordingly. Quickdealz will put all their efforts to make the orders delivered on time, however there may be delay in delivery to some regions due to the current Covid pandemic.

The Customers must check and verify the products upon delivery in order to detect any transportation damage. If any such damages found, then the Customer shall immediately inform us about the same or notify the delivery person upon receiving the product. Quickdealz will not accept any such claims after 24 hours of delivery.
