Return and Exchange Policy

Quickdealz value the Customer satisfaction and we guarantee it. A Customer is entitled to 14 (Fourteen) days to exercise his rights to Return / Exchange the Product that he purchased through Quickdealz. However, this right applies only to undamaged goods in the original packaging. The following conditions applicable on such Return / Exchange claims.

1. Return / Exchange will be offered only if the product is untampered and returned with its original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration card, etc.

2. The original Sales Invoice / Proof of Purchase should be submitted along with the Return / Exchange request

3. The Refund for items purchased using credit cards will be transferred only to the same credit card account

4. Any product purchased within 14 (Fourteen) days and returned as not functioning as per operational manual / falling short of declared product specifications, shall be exchanged or refunded after it has been tested by our personnel or Manufacturer’s Authorized Service Centre technician, as applicable. The process can take up to 10 to 20 business days. Exchange / Refund will be processed only after obtaining the investigation / technical report.

5. Return / Exchange on Large / Medium Home Appliances, Large Panels and Audio / Video products will be approved and processed based on Manufacturer’s Authorized Service Centre’s investigation report and approval..

6. If the packaging is incomplete or product damaged, scratched, exchange or refund will not be applicable.

7. In the event that the Return / Exchange claim is for a device allowing storage of data, Quickdealz recommend the Customer to create a suitable backup of the data prior to handing over or delivering the Products for the claim. Quickdealz shall not be liable for any possible damage, loss or deletion of such data. If the claimed device is protected by a password or other security mechanism, the Customer is obliged to remove the protection before submitting the device to the claim or state the way in which the device can be accessed. Failure to allow full access to the device may result in incomplete diagnostics or repair. The Customer hereby acknowledges that any diagnostics of the product in the claim procedure may require the Promotional Vouchers.

8. Service, delivery and installation charges are non-refundable once performed.

9. Special Order, Clearance Sale, other Promotional Offer items will not be available for a Return / Exchange.

10. Quickdealz will act as per the above policies and the Management’s decision will be treated as a final decision on every claim.
